Kanbanchi has successfully completed its second ISO/IEC 27001:2022 surveillance audit.

The audit concluded that Kanbanchi’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) continues to conform with the applicable ISO/IEC 27001:2022 requirements. No major or minor nonconformities were identified during the surveillance audit.

Following the audit, Kanbanchi received an updated ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certificate issued on 15 September 2026, valid until 7 November 2027.

The certification scope covers the Information Security Management System supporting the Kanbanchi Platform, including the relevant workforce, assets and business processes.

The updated ISO/IEC 27001 certificate is available in the Kanbanchi Trust Center.

Kanbanchi has updated Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy to improve clarity and reflect our current data-processing, retention, storage and cookie practices.

The Privacy Policy updates include clearer information about:

• when Kanbanchi acts as a Controller or Processor;
• the categories of Personal Data processed through the Services;
• data retention and deletion practices;
• storage of Kanbanchi application data, customer attachments and backups;
• use of Subprocessors and publication of Subprocessor updates through the Trust Center;
• international data transfers and applicable safeguards; and
• Data Subject rights and available privacy controls.

The Cookie Policy has also been updated to clarify:

• how Cookies and similar technologies are used;
• when consent is required;
• the use of applicable legal exceptions, including qualifying statistical-purpose analytics where permitted by law;
• available cookie preference and opt-out controls; and
• information about the Cookies and third-party technologies used on Kanbanchi Sites.

These updates are intended to improve transparency and align the policies with Kanbanchi’s current practices and applicable privacy requirements.

Kanbanchi has updated its Terms & Conditions to better reflect the current Kanbanchi service, commercial arrangements, data-processing practices, and security and compliance framework.

The updated Terms clarify, among other things, customer and End User responsibilities, subscriptions and renewals, support and service-level commitments, Customer Data and confidentiality, Third Party Services, data-protection roles, Subprocessors and international transfers, data location, backup and retention practices, and the use of separate Data Processing Agreements where required.

The updated Terms & Conditions are effective from 9 September 2026 and are available on the Kanbanchi Terms & Conditions page.
